We saw a used Lexus advertised online but we were out of town. I called and had a great experience dealing with the salesman over the phone. They held the car for me until I could get there for a test drive. The car was exactly as advertised. It had been detailed which was nice. After a test drive I bought it. I usally don't buy from dealers due to mostly bad experiences. This was not one of them. I highly recommend them.

Since it?s a 2021 there was not much dealing on price and COVID made it harder to find a car near by. We live in Washington and bought the car over the phone. Kendall agreed to call Lexus and check into the issue for me even though my car was no longer under warranty and no recall had been issued about the screens. When my 2002 RX300 suffered a failure of the alternator, I had AAA [highly recommended] towed to Kendall Lexus for a full diagnosis and repair. The loaner car provided by Kendall was spectacular, having less than 1,000 miles on the odometer. I truly love that new car smell!
